Role Overview

The Founder’s Office Associate will work directly with the Founder to support strategy, execution, and growth initiatives across the organisation. This is a high-ownership, high-learning role designed for individuals who aspire to take up future leadership positions within the company.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy, business development, projects, and operations, acting as a bridge between vision and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Founder to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans
• Track key initiatives, milestones, and outcomes across teams
• Drive follow-ups and ensure timely execution of high-impact initiatives

• Support business development initiatives, partnerships, and key client engagements
• Prepare high-quality presentations, proposals, and internal strategy notes
• Conduct market, policy, and competitor analysis in solar, BESS, and renewable energy

• Act as a coordination bridge between BD, Projects, SCM, Finance, and other teams
• Identify execution bottlenecks and proactively suggest solutions
• Support leadership reviews, internal meetings, and decision-making processes

• Prepare briefs and background notes ahead of important meetings
• Capture key decisions, action items, and ownership post meetings
• Ensure closure on critical items requiring Founder involvement
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

sharp, driven, and ownership-oriented individual

• 1–5 years of work experience (consulting, analytics, startups, infrastructure, or energy preferred)
• Strong analytical and structured thinking skills
• Excellent proficiency in 

  MS Excel and MS PowerPoint

• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• High accountability and ability to work independently

• Exposure to renewable energy, sustainability, or infrastructure sectors
• Experience working with senior stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving priorities
