The Founders’ Office Role

This is not a traditional role. It’s a force-multiplier seat.

As part of the Founders’ Office, you operate across business lines—solving problems, driving high-priority initiatives, and shaping the systems that will define Nuuk as we scale from a breakout D2C brand to a category-defining company.

You will work directly with the founders on projects that range from:

• High-level Strategy: growth, product strategy, pricing, capital allocation, org design
• Cross-Functional Initiatives: product launches, ops excellence, CX design, brand experiments
• Execution Ownership: taking ideas from 0 → 1 and scaling them 1 → 10

No two weeks will look the same. You’ll move between analytical rigor, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution—much like consulting, except here you get to see your impact hit the market fast.

What You’ll Do

• Drive end-to-end strategic projects with direct founder visibility
• Build and refine systems, processes, and frameworks as we scale
• Run analyses that inform decisions across product, growth, and operations
• Lead cross-functional pods for high-priority initiatives
• Shape how a design-first hardware brand grows in India
• Translate ambiguity into clear action—then execute with ownership
• Help write Nuuk’s playbook for the next decade

This is front-row access to how a high-growth consumer brand is built—from early-stage pace to scalable maturity.

Who We’re Looking For

Ideal for someone with:

• 1–3 years at a top consulting firm (MBB or equivalent)
• Structured problem-solving ability with a builder’s mindset
• Comfort with ambiguity and love for “figure it out” environments
• Ability to zoom out for strategy and zoom in for execution
• Bias for speed, ownership, and high standards
• Curiosity for design, consumer behavior, and product excellence
