Job Description

Education:
Bachelors or Master s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in business operations, consulting, startup strategy, or similar cross-functional roles.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in tools like
  Google Workspace, Notion, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Exposure to
  data-driven decision-making
  and performance tracking.
- Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong business acumen.

What you will be doing

Work closely with the
Founder and Leadership Team
to plan, track, and execute key business strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Tech, Marketing, HR, and Operations) to streamline processes and ensure alignment.
Conduct
market and competitor analysis
to identify growth opportunities.
Prepare
business reports, dashboards, and presentations
for leadership reviews.
Drive execution of special projects and new initiatives across both divisions.
Assist in optimizing internal processes and developing standard operating procedures.
Support leadership in hiring, onboarding, and training initiatives when required.
Take ownership of confidential, high-impact projects as deemed fit by the Founders.
