About the Role

Founder's Office

This is not a passive role you will own initiatives, solve problems, and act as a right hand to the founder.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Growth

• Identify and execute new growth channels (marketplaces, geographies, D2C, exports).
  
• Work on brand partnerships, influencer campaigns, and new distribution strategies.
  
• Run quick experiments on pricing, promotions, and customer acquisition.
  

Business Intelligence

• Analyze SKU performance, customer data, CAC/ROAS, inventory velocity, etc.
  
• Build dashboards and reports to support decision-making across departments.
  

Operations & Process Improvement

• Optimize supply chain, logistics, vendor onboarding, or fulfillment processes.
  
• Solve daily business bottlenecks from out-of-stock alerts to Amazon suspensions.
  

Content, Brand & Marketing

• Coordinate product launches, write content briefs, manage creatives & listings.
  
• Work on packaging, product development, and cross-functional product GTMs.
  

What Were Looking For

• 1–4 years experience in startup, consulting, VC, D2C, or business ops roles.
  
• Analytical and execution-focused mindset — you love data but act fast.
  
• Strong written & verbal communication — from pitch decks to emails.
  
• Highly entrepreneurial — you don’t wait for instructions, you solve problems.
  
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.
  
• Bonus: Prior experience in a consumer brand, coffee, or F&B is a plus.
