Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Script Writer to develop compelling scripts for video content, short-form storytelling, and branded campaigns. The ideal candidate should be fluent in storytelling, voice, structure, and tone suitable for our target audiences. Key Responsibilities Write engaging and original scripts for videos (YouTube, Instagram Reels, Ads, Shorts, etc.) Collaborate with directors, editors, and content teams to align on storylines and formats Interpret briefs and client objectives into crisp and clear storytelling Adapt writing style as per genre – comedy, drama, explainer, factual, etc. Revise scripts based on feedback and ensure timely delivery Conduct research when needed to add accuracy and depth to the script Keep up with trends, pop culture, and digital formats Requirements Experience in script writing or creative writing (portfolio/sample work required) Strong grasp of narrative structure, pacing, and dialogue Ability to write in Hindi and/or English (bilingual candidates preferred) Excellent grammar, tone, and adaptability to different content styles Ability to work under tight deadlines and iterate quickly Good to Have Knowledge of social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn Experience in journalism, advertising, or film/media Understanding of visual storytelling and basic video production Perks Opportunity to work on exciting and viral projects Creative freedom and ownership of your work A fun, collaborative, and supportive team Job Types: Full-time, Internship Contract length: 2 months Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
