Role Overview

As a Founder’s Office Associate (Marketing & Communications), you will work directly with the founding team to plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage brand communications, and strengthen Summarise’s presence among students and employers. This is a dynamic, multi-functional role where you will shape messaging, drive outreach, and ensure that every interaction with our audience reflects the brand’s vision and energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the founders to conceptualize and implement marketing campaigns across digital and on-ground channels.
• Draft engaging and impactful communication—articles, social media content, emailers, and press material—for Summarise’s audience.
• Manage brand messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Plan and execute college outreach programs, events, and activations to build on-ground visibility and engagement.
• Coordinate with internal teams, student communities, and external partners to support campaigns and partnerships.
• Track campaign performance and provide insights to guide future strategies.
• Take ownership of special marketing and communication projects that require cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
• Creative thinker with a flair for crafting compelling brand messages.
• Interest in marketing, communications, and youth engagement.
• Highly organized and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
• Ability to network, build relationships, and represent the brand confidently.
• Willingness to travel for college visits, events, and outreach activities.
