Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated graduate with a strong command of written and spoken English to join our team. With good performing interns getting a chance to receive full time offers.

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to creative projects including writing, scripting, and developing digital content.
Complete a mandatory 3-month full-time internship (work from office).
Participate in regular performance reviews and monitoring throughout the internship.
Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to organizational objectives.

Educational Requirements:

Graduate in Mass Communication, Journalism, English Literature, Media Studies, or a related field.
Strong command of written and spoken English is essential.
Preference will be given to candidates with relevant portfolios.

Internship and Onboarding:

All selected candidates must undergo a 3-month internship as part of the onboarding.
Monthly stipend of ₹7,000 during the internship period.
High-performing interns may be considered for a permanent role with competitive compensation, based on performance and company norms.
