Role: Founder’s Office – Generalist (Full-Time)

Role Overview

We’re looking for a smart, adaptable, and driven generalist to join the Founder’s Office full-time. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to be at the center of building and scaling an early-stage company.

You’ll work directly with the founder, gaining deep visibility into decision-making, strategy, and execution across the business. You’ll be given context and direction, but how things get done will largely be on you. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving unstructured problems, and wants real ownership—not just exposure.

What You’ll Do

• Work Closely with the Founder
• Partner with the founder on strategic, operational, and execution-heavy initiatives across the company.
• Act as an extension of the founder to drive priorities forward.
• Own Cross-Functional Execution
• Work across strategy, operations, marketing, partnerships, product, and growth.
• Break down complex goals into clear action plans and execute them end-to-end.
• Problem Solve Proactively
• Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and gaps across teams and processes.
• Propose and implement practical, scalable solutions.
• Drive Projects End-to-End
• Take ownership from planning to execution to follow-through.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and ensure alignment.
• Operate in Ambiguity
• Handle fast-moving, undefined problems with structure and clarity.
• Make informed decisions quickly while staying aligned with the company’s larger vision.
• Build Systems & Processes
• Create lightweight systems, documentation, and workflows to improve efficiency as the company scales.
• Continuously improve how things are done.

Nice to Have (But Not Mandatory)

• 1–3 years of experience in startups, founder’s office, consulting, operations, or generalist roles.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Notion, Google Sheets, Canva, Figma, Zapier, or similar.
• Interest in or exposure to food, D2C, marketplaces, or brand-building.
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into action.
