Senior Project Manager – IT

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end delivery for client projects.
• Lead the execution of IT projects across various domains—applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
• Define project scope, schedules, milestones, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
• Engage with internal teams, vendors, and

  internal & external stakeholders

  to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Manage budgets, resources, risks, and change requests effectively.
• Track and report project progress using dashboards and status updates for senior leadership.
• Ensure adherence to CMS Info Systems’ governance, IT compliance, and security frameworks.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project deliverables and resolve dependencies.
• Conduct project reviews and ensure continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in project/program management roles.
• Strong experience in delivering large-scale IT projects across domains (applications, infra, cloud, cybersecurity, etc.).
• Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Certifications: PMP / PRINCE2.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
• Knowledge of IT systems and platforms.
