Job Description Part-Time/Contract Graphic Designer (Offshore) Position: Graphic Designer (Part-Time, Contract) Hours: ~15 hours per week Location: Offshore / Remote Reports To: Marketing Manager About Us Solutions Metrix is a professional services consulting firm specializing in CRM implementation for financial institutions. We help credit unions and banks achieve true digital transformation through advisory, execution, and long-term partnership. As part of our growing North American marketing team, were seeking a midsenior level Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life across digital and print mediums. Role Overview We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented B2B Graphic Designer with experience in the technology or fintech sector to support our marketing initiatives on a part-time basis. This role will be responsible for producing visually compelling assets that align with our brand guidelines and elevate our presence across multiple channels. You’ll collaborate with our marketing, content, and events team members to deliver high-quality designs that drive engagement, brand consistency, and measurable impact. Key Responsibilities Design & Branding Create marketing materials including brochures, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, newsletters, and event collateral. Develop multimedia assets to support blogs, articles, and thought leadership pieces. Design engaging slide decks and presentation templates for internal and client-facing use. Produce digital campaign assets such as banners, social media graphics, and email visuals. Support event design needs, including signage, branded giveaways, and leave-behinds. Edit or produce short-form videos, motion graphics for marketing campaigns. [Example: Use existing 45 min webinar recording to create short compelling videos for audiences to be able to engage and interact with, more efficiently] Collaboration Partner with the content, marketing, and events team members to bring creative ideas to life. Ensure consistency across all assets by adhering strictly to established brand guidelines . Manage multiple design requests simultaneously with quick turnaround. Timing: [7 am CT USA – 12 PM CT – 5 hrs x day/3 days a week] Qualifications Must-Have Skills & Experience 4–7 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within B2B technology, fintech, or consulting industries . Strong portfolio showcasing a range of B2B marketing assets (brochures, reports, decks, social media graphics, etc.). Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) and Canva . Familiarity with short-form video editing (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools) or an editing tool of their choice. Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems. Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clean, compelling visuals . Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver within tight deadlines. Comfortable working independently in a remote/offshore setup with overlapping hours for collaboration. Nice-to-Have Skills Experience designing for financial services audiences (banks, credit unions, fintechs). Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Creatio) and creating assets optimized for them. Knowledge of UI/UX basics for web/digital applications. Experience with event branding (booth graphics, roll-ups, signage). Understanding of data visualization and ability to turn complex data into intuitive graphics.
