Senior Information Technology Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager within the Transaction Banking vertical at Intellect Design Arena Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing end-to-end project execution. Your responsibilities will include leading project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting for multiple client implementations. It is essential to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget while maintaining high quality standards. Your key responsibilities will involve owning the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and support. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Product, Engineering, QA, and Client teams is crucial to align on scope and deliverables. Documentation plays a vital role in this role, and you will be required to uphold high standards in creating project charters, Statements of Work (SoWs), and maintaining RAID logs. Tracking effort, resource utilization, and managing budget adherence are also part of your responsibilities. Conducting periodic steering committee meetings and providing client updates will be essential to ensure project alignment and progress. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 10 years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years as an IT Project Manager in the BFSI or enterprise software domains. Holding certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile will be advantageous. A strong understanding of SDLC processes including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies is required. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills are essential to succeed in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.
