Senior Information Technology Project Manager

As an IT Project Manager for Intellect Design Arena Ltd in the Global Transaction Banking (iGTB) division, your role will involve overseeing end-to-end project execution within the Transaction Banking vertical. Your responsibilities will include: - Owning the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and support. - Driving project planning, scheduling, tracking, and reporting for multiple client implementations. - Ensuring delivery of projects on time, within scope, and with high quality. - Proactively managing project risks, dependencies, and escalations to ensure mitigation plans are in place. - Maintaining project health by ensuring projects are in Green status through close monitoring and corrective actions. - Collaborating with Product, Engineering, QA, and Client teams to align on scope and deliverables. - Ensuring high standards in documentation, including project charters, Statements of Work (SoWs), and Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID) logs. - Tracking effort, resource utilization, and managing budget adherence. - Conducting periodic steering committee meetings and client updates. - Championing delivery excellence through process adherence, audits, and compliance. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: - 10+ years of total experience, with at least 5 years as an IT Project Manager in BFSI or enterprise software domains. - Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder technology projects. - PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications are preferred. - Strong knowledge of SDLC processes (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall). - Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,
