What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a highly reliable, detail-oriented General Office Administrator aka Founder's Associate who will own the operational backbone of the company.

This role is critical. You’ll ensure our finances, legal coordination, and admin operations run smoothly allowing founders and operators to stay focused on building and scaling.


What You’ll Be Working On -

Finance & Accounting Operations

  1. Process and track vendor payments (India & international)
  2. Maintain invoices, expenses, and reconciliation records
  3. Coordinate with CA/accounting firms on GST, TDS, and compliance
  4. Liaise with banks and financial institutions
  5. Maintain accurate financial documentation for audits and reporting


Legal & Compliance Coordination

  1. Coordinate with legal firms on contracts, NDAs, and agreements
  2. Track document signatures, renewals, and expiries
  3. Maintain a centralized repository of all legal documents
  4. Support compliance and due diligence requests


Office & Admin Operations

  1. Manage company documentation and records
  2. Handle subscriptions, renewals, and vendor coordination
  3. Support onboarding/offboarding administrative processes
  4. Maintain internal operational SOPs and checklists


Stakeholder Coordination

  1. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders
  2. Follow up across time zones and ensure closure on tasks
  3. Act as the operational point of contact for admin-related work


Who You’ll Be Working With

  • You would be reporting to one of the Founders directly
  • Finance and legal partners
  • External vendors and service providers

You’ll have high visibility and real ownership from day one.


Where You’ll Work

This is a hybrid role. We have an office in HSR, Bangalore, and you’re expected to work from the office at least three days a week.


When You’ll Work

This is a full-time role with primary overlap during Indian working hours. Occasional coordination with global stakeholders may be required.
