Job Description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly driven and dynamic individual to join us as the Founder’s Associate. In this role, you will work directly with the Director and take full responsibility for supporting, managing, and executing the Director’s day-to-day and strategic priorities. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with high emotional intelligence, organizational skills, and the ability to work with multiple teams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule & Calendar Management:

Manage the Director’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel plans efficiently.

  • Internal Coordination:

Serve as a point of contact between the Director and internal teams, ensuring follow-ups, task tracking, and accountability on behalf of the Director.

  • Team Oversight Support:

Indirectly oversee and coordinate with multiple departments that the Director supervises. Ensure key decisions and instructions from the Director are implemented smoothly.

  • Project Support:

Assist in planning and executing key strategic projects across departments. Track milestones and ensure timely delivery.

  • Meeting Preparation:

Prepare agendas, reports, presentations, and summaries for internal and external meetings attended by the Director.

  • Communication:

Draft, review, and send emails or internal communications on behalf of the Director when required.

  • Problem-Solving & Execution:

Be the go-to person for resolving operational bottlenecks the Director identifies, and follow through on actions and decisions.

  • Confidentiality:

Handle all communications, data, and decisions with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders and large teams
  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and responsibility
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) or MS Office
  • Willingness to learn and grow across different functions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kozhikode, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

  • Associate: 2 years (Required)
