Operations Assistant – Residential Campus

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Assistant to support the smooth daily functioning of our residential campus. The role involves coordinating campus logistics, handling minor accounts, supporting kitchen procurement, and assisting with basic facility maintenance arrangements. This is a full-time, fixed-shift position, ideal for someone who enjoys operational work and is comfortable in a campus environment. Key Responsibilities: Daily Campus Operations: Support in managing day-to-day student movement between hostels and the academic campus. Coordinate transport logistics (primarily short-distance, walkable routes with occasional transport support) Facility Coordination: Monitor hostel and campus facilities for issues (e.g., AC, plumbing, electrical). Liaise with technicians, vendors, and service providers to resolve maintenance issues promptly. Kitchen & Procurement Support: Assist in the procurement of kitchen supplies and essentials. Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely delivery and stock tracking. Accounts Support: Handle minor campus-related accounts such as petty cash, bill payments, and vendor invoices. Maintain basic records of expenses and submit reports to the accounts team regularly. Student & Staff Support: Act as a point of contact for any day-to-day operational concerns raised by students or staff. Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained campus environment in coordination with housekeeping and support teams.
