Role Description We’re looking for a proactive and organized individual to work directly with the Founder and support all aspects of running and growing the business. This is a hands-on, dynamic role — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, creativity, and taking ownership of their work. You’ll assist with day-to-day operations, paperwork, vendor coordination, and also help shape our public presence through social media and client communication. In short, you’ll be the Founder’s right hand — keeping things running smoothly both behind the scenes and in front of the audience. Key Responsibilities Operations & Administration Handle company paperwork, record-keeping, and data organization. Coordinate with vendors, partners, and other resources as needed. Manage schedules, appointments, and internal follow-ups. Support in planning and tracking company projects and deliverables. Communications & Brand Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Draft posts, reply to messages/comments, and keep engagement consistent. Act as the company’s representative when interacting with clients or visitors. Help prepare presentations, proposals, and basic marketing materials. Executive Assistance Work closely with the Founder on day-to-day priorities. Help organize meetings, travel, and company events. Be the point of contact in the Founder’s absence — maintaining professionalism and clarity. What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and writing skills (English proficiency a must). Strong organizational and multitasking ability. Comfort with social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, etc.). A positive attitude, initiative, and eagerness to learn new things. Role: Operations & Logistics Intern As an Operations & Logistics Intern at Laser Titans, you will be at the core of the action. This role is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, enjoys hands-on work, and wants to understand how dynamic events and gaming operations run on-ground. Key Responsibilities Assist in setting up and managing on-site laser tag arenas during events. Coordinate and manage players during game play, ensuring smooth flow and an enjoyable experience. Interact with participants, address queries and concerns , and help them understand the game mechanics. Collaborate with the core team to ensure efficient execution of entire game sessions . Handle and maintain laser tag equipment, logistics, and inventory with care. Learn and understand various game modes, rules, and operational workflows . What We’re Looking For Someone eager to learn multiple things at once in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong communication skills (fluent, friendly, and confident). Ability to manage small groups or teams (up to 10 players at a time). Interest in operations, logistics, and event management .
