About the Role

You'll work directly with the founder across strategy, operations, and client delivery. This is not a narrowly defined role — you'll be involved in everything from AI research to client proposals to project oversight. Ideal for someone who wants to learn how an AI company is built from the inside.

What You'll Do

• AI & Market Intelligence:

  Track AI/LLM developments, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Synthesize into actionable insights.

• Proposals & Client Materials:

  Draft proposals, pitch decks, RFP responses, and client-facing documentation.

• Project Oversight:

  Coordinate across engineering, sales, and clients to keep projects on track. Flag risks early.

• Research & Analysis:

  Deep-dive into prospective clients, industries, and use cases before meetings and pitches.

• Strategic Support:

  Prepare meeting briefs, take notes, follow up on action items, and help the founder think through decisions.

• Whatever Else Matters:

  Startup pace — you'll do what needs doing.

What We're Looking For

• Engineering or business degree from a top institution (IIT, IIM, BITS, etc.)
• Exceptional written & spoken communication in English
• Structured thinking — can break down messy problems
• Genuine curiosity about AI and business
• Self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do
• Comfortable with fast pace
