Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical) or a related technical field. 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within the surface coating, coatings, or manufacturing industries. In-depth knowledge of surface coating technologies Strong technical background with the ability to communicate complex information to customers and non-technical stakeholders. Proven track record of sales success and experience in handling customer relationships from lead generation to closing. Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with industry standards and environmental regulations related to surface coatings. Experience with coating applications (e.g., powder coating, paint finish system, including formulation, application) Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
