Key Skills / Knowledge Required The ideal candidate must have hands-on working knowledge and experience in the following areas: Chromatography: Expertise in operating and troubleshooting HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) and GC (Gas Chromatography) . Testing: In-depth knowledge of IP/FP (In-Process/Finished Product) testing and analysis. Dissolution: Proven experience in performing and interpreting Dissolution studies for pharmaceutical formulations. Stability Studies: Experience in executing and managing Stability Studies as per regulatory guidelines. Documentation: Strong understanding of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and compliance requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities Ensure smooth operation of OSD equipment such as Bottling, Compression, FBD, RMG machines. Perform routine maintenance tasks on Tablet compression and bottling machines to prevent breakdowns. Troubleshoot issues with equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process-related problems and improve overall efficiency. Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and quality control checks. Desired Candidate Profile 4-6 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry with expertise in OSD (Oral Solid Dose) processing. Diploma or BE degree in relevant field (e.g., Instrumentation). Strong understanding of tablet compression, bottling processes, and equipment maintenance procedures. Proficiency in working with various types of machinery including compressors, pumps, valves etc.

Operate, clean, and maintain production equipment as per SOPs . Follow GMP, GDP, and safety protocols during all work. Work with senior operators/officers during batch processing and changeovers Basic understanding of pharmaceutical production processes. Knowledge of GMP / GDP / SOPs (preferred). Good communication and willingness to learn. Ability to work in rotational shifts . Discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail.
