Track project progress and handle any di iculties or delays. • Collaborate with the Head of Corporate HR & Administration to ensure factory operations align with local, provincial, and state requirements, as well as the Company Code of Business Conduct. • Providing Weekly / Monthly & Yearly MIS Reports as per the requirement & submitting them to the Management. Employee Development: - Highlight the role of the General Manager in fostering employee growth and development. This could involve creating training programs, mentoring sta , and encouraging continuous learning. HR & Administration :- 1.
