The individual will ensure regulatory compliance with both domestic and international standards, including BIS, FSSAI, CDSCO, EU, GCC, and US FDA They will oversee the validation of product claims through clinical testing, manage ingredient safety databases, and ensure packaging and labeling meet all safety and regulatory requirements Additionally, the role includes maintaining accurate documentation for product registrations, clinical trials, and audits, ensuring that Soulflower s products are both effective and compliant across all markets
