Food Production Manager

Job Summary: Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for food production and operational excellence? We’re looking for a skilled Food Production Manager to take charge of our production floor, ensuring high-quality output, efficient processes, and strict adherence to food safety standards. This role involves managing daily production activities, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement across all areas of the operation. You’ll play a key role in helping us deliver safe, consistent, and high-quality food products — every time Responsibilities Lead, supervise, and motivate the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Plan and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards, safety, and efficiency. Enforce compliance with HACCP, GMP, FSMA, and company food safety protocols. Manage inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies in coordination with procurement. Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement improvements to boost productivity. Train and develop production staff on procedures, safety, and equipment use. Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, waste, and labor utilization. Collaborate with QA/QC, maintenance, logistics, and warehouse teams to support smooth operations. Support audits and inspections by internal and external bodies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred. 1–5 years of experience in a food production or manufacturing leadership role. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance (HACCP, GMP, FSMA). Strong team leadership and communication skills. Solid understanding of production workflows, KPIs, and process control. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed. NOTE: Immediate Joiners Preferred
