Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Service Guest Service Expert to join our team at the Marriott Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage food and beverage service operations to ensure high-quality guest experiences.
Coordinate with various departments to maintain seamless service delivery.
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
Maintain accurate records of sales and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in food and beverage service or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
