Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Food & Beverage Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and provide top-notch customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage the front of the house operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Greet customers warmly, welcome them to our establishment, and make them feel comfortable.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient service flow and high-quality standards.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and courteously.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being attentive, responsive, and resolving issues promptly.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality or a related field, preferably as a Food & Beverage Hostess.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills is required.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and adaptability to changing situations are vital.
