Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Food and Beverage Trainer to join our team at the Grand Hyatt, with 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for food and beverage staff.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills of employees.
Collaborate with the culinary team to create engaging and interactive training experiences.
Evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.
Stay updated on new trends and technologies in food and beverage service.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Food and Beverage Trainer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
