We are a rapidly growing startup in the hostel and co-living sector, currently managing 2,500 operational beds and expanding to 4,000 beds by December 2025. With a mission to provide safe, comfortable, and community-driven living spaces for students and working professionals, we ensure high standards of hospitality, dining, and resident experience across all our properties.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – F&B to oversee all food and beverage operations across our hostel properties.

Role Overview

The F&B Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering high-quality dining services across hostels, ensuring food safety, menu planning, vendor management, and resident satisfaction. This is a leadership role requiring operational excellence and strong hospitality management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations across multiple hostel properties.
  • Develop and monitor menus in coordination with chefs/caterers to ensure nutritional balance and cost efficiency.
  • Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage vendor relationships, procurement, and supply chain for F&B requirements.
  • Monitor resident feedback and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Control budgets, reduce wastage, and optimize F&B costs.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise catering staff.
  • Conduct regular audits of kitchens, dining halls, and food storage areas.
  • Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and facility teams for smooth services.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or F&B.
  • 5–8 years of experience in F&B management (hospitality/hostel/PG experience preferred).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and large-scale food operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/ERP for cost and inventory management.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and across properties in Delhi, Noida, and Gurgaon.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
