Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, ensuring seamless service.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
• Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure quality control, hygiene, and safety standards across all operations.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and inventory to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of F&B operations, menu planning, and cost management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills.
• Ability to inspire and manage a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
