Job Description Job Title: F&B Manager – Ice Cream Parlour & Café Location: C-scheme, Jaipur Industry – Hospitality Salary – 25k to 30k Job Summary We are hiring an F&B Manager to manage day-to-day operations of our Ice Cream Parlour & Café, while also leading our team in handling Ice Cream Stall setups at marriage functions and events. A strong background in catering or event management will be a great advantage. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Ice Cream Parlour & Café, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Lead and manage teams for Ice Cream Stall setups during marriage functions and special events. Plan and coordinate catering requirements, ensuring timely setup and service. Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination for café and events. Train and motivate staff to maintain high service standards. Monitor food safety, hygiene, and quality compliance. Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues effectively. Control costs, reduce wastage, and drive profitability. Prepare sales and performance reports for management. Requirements Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or related field. Prior experience in F&B operations / catering / event management is highly preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
