Food and Beverage Manager

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food and Beverage Manager located in Bengaluru. The Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and bar, ensure high-quality food and beverage service, manage customer service, and train staff. The role also includes managing inventory, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management Strong Customer Service skills Ability to train and mentor staff effectively Experience with budgeting and financial management Excellent organizational and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred Prior experience in hotel or resort settings is a plus Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in food & beverage operations in a hotel or resort. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Fluent in Kannada (mandatory), English and Hindi (preferred). Familiarity with POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office. Hands-on approach with a guest-first attitude.
