Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate at Quality Inn Rockwell Grand, located in Bengaluru. The Front Office Associate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include answering inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping, and addressing guest concerns promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, including greeting and assisting guests
• Experience with managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
• Proficient in using hotel management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints effectively
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality management preferred
