Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Associate at Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road. The responsibilities of the Front Office Associate include managing daily front desk operations such as check-in and check-out processes, greeting and assisting guests, handling phone calls with professional etiquette, and providing exemplary customer service. The role is located in Bengaluru, and the candidate will be a crucial part of delivering a high-quality guest experience while working collaboratively with other departments.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations and check-in/check-out procedures
• Strong Customer Service and Guest Relations skills, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
• Effective Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including the ability to professionally handle guest inquiries and concerns
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
• Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills will be an asset
