Sales Manager - Bakery

As a Sales Manager - Bakery at the hotel, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies for the bakery section, identifying potential clients, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your role will involve planning and executing marketing campaigns, overseeing daily sales operations, coordinating with the production team to ensure product availability, and monitoring market trends to adjust sales strategies accordingly. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. To excel in this role, you should have experience in developing sales strategies and executing marketing campaigns, strong client relationship management and customer service skills, the ability to oversee daily sales operations and monitor market trends, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team. Relevant experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry would be advantageous. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.,
