Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Food and Beverage Executive to join our team at The St. Regis, with 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily food and beverage operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Coordinate with suppliers to source fresh ingredients and materials.
Maintain inventory levels and control waste to optimize resources.
Develop menus and promotions to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
Train staff on menu knowledge, safety protocols, and customer handling.
Monitor customer feedback and implement changes to improve overall experience.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene practices.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
