FMCG Manager – Food Products (Sales & Purchasing)

We are looking for an experienced FMCG Manager to handle Sales and Purchasing operations in the food products segment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Management:

• Drive sales of organic and FMCG food products across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer preferences.
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.

Purchasing & Procurement:

• Manage sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
• Identify reliable suppliers and negotiate contracts for the best pricing and quality.
• Maintain balanced inventory levels to meet production and sales demand.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure all products meet quality and food safety standards (FSSAI).

Requirements:

• Experience: 3–4 years in FMCG, specifically Food Products.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain Management.
• Strong understanding of sales, purchasing, and vendor management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
