Flutter Developer with Full-Stack MERN Expertise


About the Role


Flutter Developer


mobile excellence and full-stack engineering


Key Responsibilities


  • Mobile Development (Flutter)


  • Build, test, and deploy high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android.
  • Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases using Flutter/Dart.
  • Implement state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.).
  • Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, and third-party SDKs.


  • Full-Stack Development (MERN)


  • Design and develop scalable web applications with React.js.
  • Build and optimise REST/GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Design, implement, and manage data models in MongoDB (incl. aggregation pipelines, indexing, performance tuning).
  • Ensure security, authentication, and authorisation (JWT/OAuth).


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration


  • Work with designers, product managers, and AI/ML engineers to ship features rapidly.
  • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies.
  • Drive DevOps best practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud deployment).


Must-Have Skills


  • Flutter/Dart

    : Deep understanding of cross-platform mobile app development, UI/UX best practices, performance optimisation.

  • React.js

    : Component-driven design, hooks, state management.

  • Node.js & Express.js

    : Building and scaling APIs, middleware, microservices.

  • MongoDB

    : Schema design, indexing, performance optimisation.
  • Strong grasp of

    Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)

    .
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.


Nice-to-Have (Preferred)


  • Experience with

    TypeScript

    in React and Node projects.
  • Familiarity with

    Next.js

    for SSR/SSG web apps.
  • Exposure to

    Firebase, GraphQL, or WebSockets

    .
  • Knowledge of

    DevOps/Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes)

    .
  • Prior experience integrating

    AI/ML services

    or analytics SDKs.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 3–6+ years of professional experience in

    Flutter

    and

    MERN stack

    combined.
  • Strong portfolio of shipped mobile apps and web projects.
