Flutter Developer with Full-Stack MERN Expertise About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer who also brings strong Full-Stack MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) capabilities. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who can seamlessly build cross-platform mobile applications while also architecting and scaling web platforms and back-end services . The successful candidate will be at the intersection of mobile excellence and full-stack engineering , contributing to product innovation end-to-end - from elegant UI/UX on Flutter to robust APIs and scalable databases on the MERN stack. Key Responsibilities Mobile Development (Flutter) Build, test, and deploy high-performance mobile applications for iOS and Android. Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable codebases using Flutter/Dart. Implement state management solutions (Bloc, Provider, Riverpod, etc.). Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, and third-party SDKs. Full-Stack Development (MERN) Design and develop scalable web applications with React.js. Build and optimise REST/GraphQL APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Design, implement, and manage data models in MongoDB (incl. aggregation pipelines, indexing, performance tuning). Ensure security, authentication, and authorisation (JWT/OAuth). Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with designers, product managers, and AI/ML engineers to ship features rapidly. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies. Drive DevOps best practices (CI/CD pipelines, Docker, cloud deployment). Must-Have Skills Flutter/Dart : Deep understanding of cross-platform mobile app development, UI/UX best practices, performance optimisation. React.js : Component-driven design, hooks, state management. Node.js & Express.js : Building and scaling APIs, middleware, microservices. MongoDB : Schema design, indexing, performance optimisation. Strong grasp of Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) . Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Nice-to-Have (Preferred) Experience with TypeScript in React and Node projects. Familiarity with Next.js for SSR/SSG web apps. Exposure to Firebase, GraphQL, or WebSockets . Knowledge of DevOps/Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Kubernetes) . Prior experience integrating AI/ML services or analytics SDKs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). 3–6+ years of professional experience in Flutter and MERN stack combined.
