Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Coimbatore South for a Flutter Developer. The developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code for mobile applications using the Flutter framework. Daily tasks will include implementing new features, resolving bugs, ensuring application performance and responsiveness, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and participating in code reviews. The Flutter Developer will also stay updated on the latest tools and trends to incorporate best practices into development processes.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-7 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development with at least 2-3 years in Flutter
Strong proficiency in Dart programming language
Solid understanding of Flutter widgets and UI components
Experience with state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, GetX, etc.)
Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON parsing, and integration of backend services
Familiarity with native mobile development (Android/iOS) is a plus
Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture)
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for App Store and Google Play
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good understanding of Material Design and iOS Human Interface Guidelines
Experience with Firebase services, push notifications, and analytics integration

Good to Have

Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development
Knowledge of backend technologies and API development
Experience with agile development methodologies
Published apps on App Store or Google Play Store
Familiarity with automated testing and test-driven development
Experience with animations and custom UI implementations
