Job Description

Floor Manager

Location: Sakhiya Skin Clinic (All Branches)
Department: Operations
Reports To: Branch Manager / Centre Head

Role Overview:

The Floor Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations at the clinic, maintaining high service standards, coordinating staff activities, and delivering an excellent patient experience. This role requires strong communication, multitasking, and team-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Handling & Customer Service

  • Welcome patients and ensure a warm, professional experience.
  • Manage patient flow, reduce waiting time, and ensure timely consultations.
  • Handle patient queries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
  • Ensure proper guidance on treatments, procedures, and clinic policies.

2. Operations & Floor Management

  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of the clinic floor.
  • Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and front-desk staff to maintain smooth operations.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and ensure optimal utilization of time slots.
  • Oversee execution of daily operational tasks.

3. Team Supervision

  • Supervise front desk, therapists, and support staff on the floor.
  • Assign daily responsibilities and ensure work discipline.
  • Conduct briefings, support staff performance, and maintain team motivation.

4. Sales Support

  • Assist patients with treatment packages, offers, and clinic services.
  • Encourage conversions and upselling based on patient requirements.
  • Help maintain monthly sales targets of the branch.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily MIS, attendance, and operational reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation of patient records and follow-up reminders.
  • Coordinate with management for inventory and stock requirements.

6. Compliance & SOP Adherence

  • Ensure all staff follow clinic SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety protocols.
  • Monitor treatment room readiness and equipment availability.
  • Support audits and quality checks.

Key Skills & Qualities Required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management
  • Active, confident, and patient-friendly personality
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, software, MIS)
  • Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service preferred

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate (Preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in operations/customer service/clinic or salon industry
  • Experience in managing staff or client-facing roles is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
