The Floor Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations of the clinic, managing staff coordination, delivering excellent patient experience, and maintaining overall clinic discipline and standards. This role requires strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities1. Clinic Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic floor.
• Ensure all departments (reception, counselors, therapists) work efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols of the clinic.
• Monitor appointment flow and reduce patient waiting time.

2. Staff Management

• Manage and supervise front office staff, therapists, and support team.
• Create daily staff schedules and ensure attendance & discipline.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to new and existing staff.
• Resolve internal operational issues smoothly.

3. Customer / Patient Experience

• Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and patient satisfaction.
• Handle escalations, complaints, or service concerns politely and effectively.
• Maintain positive patient feedback and service standards.

4. Sales & Revenue Support

• Support counselors in achieving sales targets.
• Monitor package details, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Ensure billing accuracy and payment collections.

5. Reporting & Administration

• Maintain daily reports (attendance, sales, footfall, complaints).
• Coordinate with management regarding updates, requirements, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and SOPs.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong communication & leadership skills.
• Presentable personality with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, clinic software).
• Previous experience in healthcare/beauty/hospitality is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
