Job Title: Patient Counselor Location: Sakhiya Skin Clinic Department: Patient Services / Client Relations Reports To: Clinic Manager / Senior Counselor Employment Type: [Full-Time] Job Summary: As a Patient Counselor at Sakhiya Skin Clinic, you will play a critical role in guiding patients through their aesthetic and dermatological treatment journey. You will provide expert counseling, explain procedures and treatment plans, manage patient concerns, and ensure an excellent overall patient experience. Your primary goal is to build trust, improve patient satisfaction, and help achieve successful treatment outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Greet and interact with patients warmly, ensuring a welcoming environment. Conduct initial consultations to understand patient needs, concerns, and goals. Explain various skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments offered at Sakhiya Skin Clinic. Provide detailed information about treatment plans, pre- and post-procedure care, expected results, and risks involved. Clarify pricing, packages, and promotional offers; assist patients in selecting appropriate services. Address patient queries and concerns professionally, maintaining high standards of confidentiality. Coordinate with dermatologists, doctors, and therapists to schedule consultations and procedures. Follow up with patients regularly to monitor satisfaction and encourage continuity of care. Maintain accurate records of consultations, treatments opted, and patient feedback. Support the clinic in achieving patient retention, service upselling, and overall business growth targets. Educate patients about skin care maintenance and clinic loyalty programs. Handle basic administrative tasks related to patient counseling and documentation. Qualifications: Healthcare, Cosmetology, or related field (preferred). Prior experience as a Patient Counselor, Clinic Coordinator, or similar role in a skin/aesthetic clinic is an advantage. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand dermatological/aesthetic procedures and explain them clearly to patients. Customer-focused attitude with a strong sense of professionalism and empathy. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM/EMR software). Key Skills: Patient handling and customer service excellence Selling and persuasion skills (for treatments/packages) Effective listening and problem-solving Strong organizational and follow-up abilities Knowledge of skincare, cosmetic dermatology, and aesthetic trends
