Role Description

This full-time on-site role as a Counselor is based in Noida. The Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective trainees regarding EduOrk's training programs and assisting them in identifying career development opportunities. Key tasks include understanding client requirements, providing tailored guidance, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, and supporting placement-related activities. The Counselor will contribute to creating a positive and supportive learning environment for all participants to succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to guide and advise clients effectively.
• Skills in customer service, relationship management, and problem-solving.
• Knowledge or experience in training, education, or professional skills development is an advantage.
• Basic familiarity with career paths in technical fields such as SAP, data science, digital marketing, and cloud computing.
• Ability to work on-site in Noida and adapt to a fast-paced and client-friendly environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; experience in counseling or client service roles is a plus.
