Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor located in Raurkela. The Counselor will guide and support students in their educational and career aspirations. Responsibilities include providing career counseling, addressing student queries, offering course recommendations, and assisting in enrollment processes. The role also involves coordinating with faculty and parents, maintaining proper documentation, and ensuring a seamless counseling experience for students.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills
• Proficiency in counseling techniques, student advising, and career planning support
• Organizational abilities and attention to detail for managing records and documentation
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with students and stakeholders
• Basic computer proficiency for managing enrollment software and maintaining records
• Previous experience in counseling or education services is preferred but not required
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field
