Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
Resolve customer queries related to products, services, or technical issues.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and professional support.
Meet daily/weekly performance metrics such as call quality, AHT, CSAT, and resolution rates.
Follow communication scripts, standard operating procedures, and compliance guidelines.
Document call details accurately in CRM systems.
Escalate complex issues to higher levels when required.
Work in night shifts or rotational shifts as per business needs.

Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (US/UK/Australian accent preferred).
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational offs.
Basic knowledge of computers, CRM tools, and MS Office.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: 10th Pass/12th Pass / Graduate / Undergraduate
Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers with good communication skills are welcome)
BPO / Call Center experience (preferred but not mandatory)

B.TECH , B.Sc, Any Post Graduation freshers are not eligible.
Anyone who attended interview before 30 days are not eligible to attend walkin.
