Job Description

Company: First Source

Location: Kolkata

Process Type: International Voice Process (BPO)

Total Openings: 50 Profiles

Requisition: YTR

Grade: H1 / H2

Eligibility:

Graduate / Undergraduate can apply

Fresher or Minimum 1 year of experience in Voice Process

Salary (Kolkata):

22,000/- In-hand (Fresher)

28,000/- In-hand (Experience)

Experience Required:

Fresher or minimum 12 months of any relevant experience

Shift & Week Off:

9 Hours Rotational Shift (Day Shift)

2 Rotational Week Offs

Interview Rounds:

1 HR Round

2 Svar Assessment (B2 Level)

3 Operations Round L1

4 Operations Round L2

Note:

Must have good communication skills and ability to handle international calls

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

CAB Facility: As per BT norms (Evening / Night Shift only)

Additional Requirements :

Immediate Joiners Preferred (or candidates with notice period less than 1 week)

Local Candidates from Kolkata will be given preference

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information on products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization(See above)
Strong knowledge of Voice Process, Solving Queries, Customer Management, Complaint Handling, Customer Complaints, Customer Service Management, Customer Satisfaction Index.
