Job Description

Feelivacation Travel & Wellness is a premium travel consultancy focused on international travel, visas, group tours, and destination weddings.We are hiring a Centre Manager to run day-to-day operations of our Patna experience centre with complete ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the single point of responsibility for the Patna centre
Handle walk-in clients and serious enquiries with consultative selling
Supervise inside sales, operations, and brand activation teams
Ensure strict adherence to company processes, pricing, and ethics
Coordinate closely with the founder and Delhi-based teams
Review daily leads, conversions, follow-ups, and pending closures
Ensure 100% payment-before-booking policy is followed
Oversee customer experience from first interaction to booking handover
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professionalism in the office
Handle escalations calmly and transparently

This role requires:

Hands-on involvement in sales (not desk-only management)
Maturity to handle high-value clients and cheque payments
Ability to say NO to bad deals and unethical shortcuts

This role is NOT:

A back-office job
A target-pressure sales job
A startup chaos role

We are building a long-term, ethical travel institution not a volume agency.
