Role & responsibilities

Role Summary:

Note to Candidates:

Communication:
Must have excellent verbal and written English skills.
Transportation:
Free Cab provided within a 30km radius of the company.
Screening:
A mandatory recorded call with a self-introduction is part of the process.
Joining:
Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full cycle of AR calling for US healthcare clients.
Resolve denied or delayed claims promptly (Denial Management).
Follow up with insurance companies to ensure outstanding payments are recovered.
Maintain accurate call logs and claim status updates in the system.
Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.

Mandatory Requirements:

1-4 years of experience specifically in
Physician Billing AR Calling
.
Full-time Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
Flexibility to work in permanent
Night Shifts
.

Preferred candidate profile

Location Stability:
Candidates residing within 30km of
Perungalathur (Chennai)
or
Manikonda (Hyderabad)
for easy cab access.
Domain Expertise:
Strong understanding of US insurance terminology (PPO, HMO, EOB, COB).
Communication:
Ability to handle complex conversations with US-based insurance representatives smoothly.
Ethics:
Candidates who can provide a clear acknowledgement regarding non-duplicate applications.
