Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full cycle of Accounts Receivable (AR) calling.
Work on denial management, ensuring prompt resolution of denied or delayed claims.
Follow up with insurance companies and patients to resolve outstanding payments.
Maintain accurate documentation of calls and claim status in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve claim turnaround time (TAT).
Consistently meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience as an
AR Caller (Physician Billing)
.
Strong knowledge of
US healthcare process
and
denial management
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
are essential.
Ability and willingness to work exclusively in the
Night Shift
(WFO).
Immediate joiners preferred
due to the high volume of open positions (20).

Preferred candidate profile

Experience with Specific Systems:
Familiarity with common US Billing Software/EHR (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Medisoft, etc.).
Coding Knowledge:
Basic understanding of
CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS
codes related to Physician Billing.
Technical Savvy:
High proficiency in MS Excel for reporting and tracking AR aging buckets.
Education:
A degree in a relevant field such as B.Com, BBA, or a Healthcare Administration course.
Productivity:
Proven track record of consistently exceeding daily collection/performance metrics in previous roles.
