Experience in building/adding recruitment clients Has proven record of Revenue generation in previous companies Understands staffing business and client requirements and act accordingly Proven experience in the staffing & recruitment industry.
Handle incoming customer calls and resolve queries via voice process Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Workspace Manage central email inboxes appropriately and action inbound emails Excellent Communication Skills
Reviewing parts/expense usage, monitoring KPIs (SLA, job profitability, first-time fix), and coordinating with US Operations & Fleet Managers. Coordinate with Fleet Managers and US Operations to resolve discrepancies and improve service quality.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service Handle incoming customer queries via phone, email, chat, or social media Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and empathetic manner
