AR Caller (Female Candidates Only)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to patients to follow up on outstanding balances, overdue payments, and patient responsibility amounts.
• Explain patient statements, resolve billing discrepancies, and negotiate affordable payment plans.
• Collect payments over the phone or guide patients on payment options.
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments (including radiology procedures like X-rays, MRI, CT scans, etc.) efficiently, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
• Handle inbound patient inquiries related to billing, statements, and appointments.
• Document call notes, update patient records in billing software, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
• Maintain accurate patient records and reports on AR status.
• Collaborate with internal teams to minimize patient balance delays.

Requirements:

• Female candidates only.
• Graduate in any discipline
• 0-3 years of experience in patient collections, AR calling (patient side), medical billing, or patient coordination (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

• Experience with radiology services (e.g., radiology billing, patient collections, or scheduling) is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluent pronunciation, clear articulation, and empathetic tone essential for patient interactions).
• Good knowledge of medical terminology (especially radiology-specific) and patient billing processes is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and medical billing software/EHR systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, empathy, and ability to handle high-volume patient calls sensitively.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts for US processes).
