Job Description

Job Responsibilities

- Maintain and strengthen client relationships to maximize business value.
- Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations.
- Identify key contacts at potential clients and build strong business relationships.
- Participate in client meetings to explain services and guide their choices.
- Understand client challenges and propose suitable solutions.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.
- Cross-sell and upsell to existing clients where possible.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for proactive client retention.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve complaints professionally.
- Support the sales team with documentation, coordination, and follow-ups.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Good customer service orientation with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Minimum 2 years to Maximum 3 years of relevant experience.
